We hope that your experience with GlowAlive is as effortless as possible, however, we do acknowledge that you may have some questions

Shipping and Delivery

Processing your order may take 1 - 3 business days due to high demand. If inventory is low at your nearest location, we'll ship from our main center in China. Arrival time varies based on your location and chosen shipping method, typically arriving in 9 - 12 business days post processing.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website.

Refund

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@glowalive.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package

Don't worry about lost or stolen packages. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your shipping carrier. Need help? Reach out to our support team.
